Hotel was in good location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything worked out very easily with them, and they gave us good recommendations about the activities in Cairo.

The hotel is situated on 4th floor of a building, it’s very clean and confi bed, hot water shower works which high pressure is amazing.
All the staff take care of us and provide at all time what we need as well as information.

We had a great time!!! The staff was very helpful and friendly! Our friend Hazem helped us with all our tour requirements and we had a blast our tour guide Ahmed was the best and showed us the best places and was always with us.

Comfortable room, with continental breakfast, very well located in downtown of Cairo close to many attractions. Super nice and helpful front desk staff Abdul (great English!) and Amal. Good place to stay if you want to explore the city!

location is brilliant. very cheap place to just crash an sleep. staff were very kind with the usual Egyptian kindness and hospitality

The welcome was very nice, in particular the receptionist Amal was very welcoming and helpful. She made us feel at ease and went out of her way to help us.

the rooms are huge and clean. Price is very reasonable, the location in downtown near to Khan el Khalili, a lot of local shops.

Very helpful staff and in general a very good value for the money. Continental breakfast sufficient for a good start of the day. The family room we booked was located on 3rd floor and away from the main road that translated into notinceably less noise from the street. And there's a newly renovated lift so no issue with climbing the stairs.
